DOMESTIC US ORDERS SHIPPING INFORMATION

Myalphapantry.com delivers authentic Greek food and merchandise to any valid address in the world. You can calculate shipping costs by placing the desired items in your shopping basket, then entering your State or Providence, Zip/Postal Code and Country.

When ordering, all you need to do is fill your basket with items and check out. There is no minimum order amount. You will need to tell us where to ship your order and what credit card payment method you want to use. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and your shipping address.

You can choose to have your items delivered with 4 options:

Standard Ground, Expedited –
3 Business Days, Expedited –
2 Business Days and Expedited –
1 Business Day.

Please note that orders delivered by Standard Ground will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Alpha pantry offers fast delivery anywhere within the Colorado.

Please contact us if you have any special requests or questions about shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy. For an item to be eligible for return it has to be
unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. Please note that sale items cannot be
returned for a refund.

If you want to return an item, please email us first at info@myalphapantry.com. We will
send you a return form for you to fill out and send back with your return package. Use
the mail carrier of your choice and ship your return to:, Alpha Imports Inc, 717 Lipan
St, Denver, CO 80204. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item you received
was damaged or defective. In that case, please reach out to us at
info@myalphapantry.com to give us more details about what was wrong. The
damaged item will be shipped again to you for free.
